"Walking Dead" Season Premiere Scores Big Ratings
(NEW YORK) -- AMC's The Walking Dead resumed its fourth season Sunday night to an audience of 15.8 million viewers.
It scored 10.4 million in the advertiser-coveted 18- to 49-year-old demographic, trumping NBC's Winter Olympics coverage.
AMC says it expects the total audience for The Walking Dead to rise past the 20-million mark once the DVR numbers come in.
The show had been on a two-month hiatus.
