Yanik Chauvin/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) -- The website Livesciencehas compiled a list of what it calls 2013's "no-duh" research -- that is studies that probably didn't have to be conducted because the conclusions are so obvious.

Among the findings:

  • Take smaller bites, eat less - PLOS ONE, January 2013
