Four Sentenced on Misdemeanor Charges in Marion County CourtFour people have pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to misdemeanor offenses. 23-year-old Ashley Howell of Tyler Street in Sandoval was placed on two years probation, fined $100, ordered to make $104 in restitution and serve 30 days in jail after pleading guilty to retail theft at the Huck's Convenient Store on East Calumet in Centralia.
43-year-old Mark Davis of Spiedel Lane in Centralia pleaded guilty to a criminal damage to property charge. Davis admitted to damaging a bumper on a car owned by Jordan Meanes last November. Davis was placed on 18 months probation, fined $100, and ordered to undergo anger management counseling.
44-year-old Tabitha Eckleberry of South Lincoln in Centralia entered a negotiated plea to a disorderly conduct charge. Eckleberry was ordered to forfeit her $300 bond as fine and costs in the case. A charge of domestic battery was dropped as part of the plea.
57-year-old Mitchell Norris of U.S. 51 in Patoka pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge. He was ordered to forfeit his $300 bond as fine and costs. A domestic battery charge was dropped as part of the plea.
