Police Beat for Sunday, October 20th, 2013

Salem Police have arrested two people for alleged misuse of a debit card.  19-year-old Alexis Steeb of North College in Salem and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested Saturday in connection with the theft of a wallet from the victim on October 8th.  The victim had been notified the same day that the debit card had been used three times.  Further details about the arrest are not yet available.

26-year-old Steven Tate of East Cherry in Kinmundy was given a notice to appear in court after being arrested by sheriff's deputies for alleged unlawful use of a weapon.  

26-year-old Billie Howell of Dimick Street in Centralia posted $100 bond after being arrested by State Police for alleged driving under the influence.
