Police Beat for Thursday, July 31st, 2014

A 35-year-old Salem woman was being held in the Marion County Jail Thursday for obstructing justice and disorderly conduct. Salem Police arrested Shana Green of Vincent Street after responding to a report of a fight between two women fighting in front of the apartment building in the 200 block of North Jefferson.  Green allegedly refused to identify herself for police.

40-year-old Lavonda Goins of West McCord in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on an outstanding Hamilton County warrant.

20-year-old Chalon Taytor of South 22nd in Mt. Vernon posted $300 bond and was released after being arrested by Marion County Sheriff's Deputies on an outstanding Jefferson County misdemeanor warrant.

42-year-old Wesley Hepler of Conservation Road n Patoka posted $150 bond and was released after being arrested by State Police for aggravated speeding and driving on a revoked license.
