Police Beat for Thursday, May 2nd, 2013A 33-year-old Sevierville, Tennessee woman was arrested on several charges after a Marion County Sheriff's Deputy found her vehicle in the roadside ditch on Van Buren Street near Industrial Drive in Junction City Wednesday night. Kelly Skibinski was arrested for alleged driving under the influence, child endangerment and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She reportedly had one and two year old children in the vehicle with her.
A 21-year-old Centralia man was being held in the Marion County Jail Thursday morning for alleged battery. James O'Neill of West Kerr is accused of slamming Michael Ledbetter of North Walnut in Centralia to the ground while he was walking in an alley off Beech and McCord Street.
29-year-old Danielle Pope of North Maple in Centralia was arrested by sheriff's deputies for driving on a suspended license.
The Marion County Sheriff's Department is investigating a burglary to the Rodney Feazel home on Adams Street in Junction City. Feazel returned home shortly after 8 Wednesday night to discover the breakin. An unknown amount of money and change was stolen along with pain pills. Feazel reported the breakin occurred sometime after two Thursday afternoon.
