Police Beat for Tuesday, August 18th, 2014The Marion County Sheriff's Department is investigating a residential burglary. A maintenance man for Cheryl Lyday reported they her property on Lee Lane on Lake Centralia was broken into. Deputies reported no signs of forced entry. Many items were listed as missing. Items were also stacked up, as if those responsible would come back.
A 43-year-old Hoffman man is in custody on an outstanding Marion County failure to appear in court warrant. Jerry Waddell of Lyle Street was taken into custody by the Marion County Sheriff's deputies.
