Police Beat for Tuesday, June 17th, 2014Three Centralia residents remain in the Marion County Jail after being arrested for sex offender registration violations. 46-year-old Jeffrey Dehn of West Rexford is being held for failure to report a job loss and 26-year-old Joshua Booth of South Cherry and 35-year-old Larissa Bray of Suth Locust for failure to report new phone numbers. The arrests follow a check on sex offenders conducted by Centralia Police and the U.S. Marshall's office last Friday.
25-year-old Jalil Baker of East Barton in Mt. Vernon remains in custody in lieu of $50,000 bond after being arrested on a Marion County warrant for failure to appear on a burglarly charge. Baker was arrested by Marion County Sheriff's Deputies.
20-year-old Breanne Blumhorst of St. Louis was given a notice to appear in court after being arrested by sheriff's deputies for possession of liquor by a minor.
Salem Police are investigating the theft of two boat motors from ATV's and More at 1307 West Main. The motors were reported missing on Saturday.
