Salem Man Receives Prison Time for DUIA 49-year-old Salem man has been sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty in Fayette County Court in Vandalia to aggravated driving under the influence.
Terry Park was arrested in January. This was his fifth DUI violation.
Park was given credit for 210 days served in jail. He'll also have to serve two years mandatory supervised release when getting out of prison.
