Salem Township Hospital Cafeteria Closed For Nearby Renovation Work

By Bruce Kropp, WJBD News

The cafeteria at Salem Township Hospital is expected to be closed for most of the month of July.

Hospital President Stephanie Hilton-Seibert says the closure is necessary because the cooridor that leads to the cafeteria had to be closed to allow for construction work on the Project Two expansion and renovation.  "We're be expanding a lot of our services in the Bistro during that time to have more time available to the public for the staff and any visitors that come in.  We'll also be expanding the current menu we have in there," said Hilton-Seibert.

The Bistro hours will be extended on the weekends to 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.  The regular hours will remain into effect during the week. A salad bar will continue to be offered outside the bistro area.
