Two Charged in Marion County CourtTwo people face new felony charges following weekend arrests.
Bond was set at $15,000 for 19-year-old Phillip Simmons of Kell Road in Texico after he was charged with aggravated battery. Simmons is accused of punching Lindsey Hoskey in the back knowing she was pregnant.
Bond was set at $10,000 for 39-year-old James Havlen of Lakeshore Drive in Centralia after he was charged with felony domestic battery and resisting arrest. Havlen is accused of shoving Dawn Ferguson into a cabinet and then resisting the efforts of sheriff's deputies to take him into custody.
