Franklin Park Runners Sweep Races at Field
Jenna Reiter won the girls' race with a time of 8:17, while teammate Madison Quandt took second with her time of 8:32. Kaitlyn Wilson also
finished in the top-ten, taking sixth place with a time of 9:04.
Hayden Wimberly paced the boys in the varsity race, and was one of three Bobcats to post a top-ten finish. Wimberly's time of 7:37 was twenty seconds better than second-place finisher Trent Burton of Odin, who crossed the finish at the 7:57 mark.
Damond Crosby and Dawson Webster finished sixth and seventh overall, with the Franklin Park teammates posting almost identical times. Crosby's 8:11 narrowly edged out Webster's 8:12.
The Franklin Park teams run at Highland on Tuesday.
