Hurricanes' Shane Larkin Headed to NBA Draft
(NEW YORK) -- Fresh off leading his team to a Sweet 16 berth, Hurricanes sophomore guard Shane Larkin will declare for June's NBA Draft, according to ESPN College Basketball insider Andy Katz.
His father, Hall of Fame baseball player Barry, indicated to Katz that he will announce his intentions to declare.
Larkin averaged 14.5 points, 4.6 assists last season while leading Miami to an ACC title and tournament championship.
Sunday is the deadline for all underclassmen to declare for the NBA Draft.
