WJBD Is Seeking A Part-Time News and Sports Announcer/Reporter
WJBD has an opening for a part-time news and sports announcer/reporter. This position involves the gathering and writing of news and sports stories as well as anchoring some newscasts. Must be able to work 5am to 1pm on Sundays. Other hours and duties are flexible. Must have a strong interest in following news and sports, be an excellent writer and vocal reader, and feel comfortable working around computers and websites. While experience is prefered, we are willing to train someone who wants to enter the radio-TV and news/sports reporting fields.
