WJBD Has Full Time Opening For Multi-Media Journalist
WJBD AM/FM in Salem, IL is seeking a news anchor/reporter that will be responsible for coordinating and expanding video, photo, and written content on the WJBDradio.com website.Must have strong writing, speaking, video/audio editing and computer skills and want to take a leadership role in developing a strong product in a small market where radio is the primary source of news. Candidates with prior experience, a four year college degree, and a desire to become involved in the community are preferred.

Internships are designed to give the participant a feel of the 'real' working world of radio. Unlike internships at many big city stations, WJBD strives to provide some 'hands on' experience to interns.
