WJBD is looking for motivated individuals to go to area sporting events and report on the game, take photo's and be WJBD's eyes on the high school scene.

One of the goals of the WJBD Equal Employment Opportunity Program is to give those wanting a career in broadcasting a chance to complete an internship.

Internships are designed to give the participant a feel of the 'real' working world of radio. Unlike internships at many big city stations, WJBD strives to provide some 'hands on' experience to interns.

Internships can be arranged during any time of the year.

WJBD AM/FM is an equal opportunity employer and, under it's ownership by NewRadio Group LLC, has followed a consistent practice of outreach to community and work force regarding broadcast career and job opportunities. As of March 10, 2003, the effective date of the FCC's new EEO rules, this Station is continuing those EEO efforts.
