Kaskaskia College will be bringing to life some of the stories from Tim O'Brien's book "The Things They Carried."

The book is a collection of short stories about a Vietnam soldier and some selections will be performed by William Lyons and Chris Snok. The performances take place November 5th at 6:30 at the Centralia Historical Society in Centralia. A discussion will follow the performance, which is part of the Big Read Grant for Centralia.
