Kyle Ambuehl takes the oath of office as a Sergeant from Salem Mayor Leonard Ferguson.

The Salem Police Department has two new sergeants. 

Susan Miller is the department's first administrative sergeant who will be responsible for community relations, the department's computer operations and policy matters.  Kyle Ambuehl will replace Sergeant Dave Duncan who recently retired.  Both were sworn in at Monday night's city council meeting.
