A 23-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to 60 days in the Marion County Jail after pleading guilty to driving under the influence. Robert Johnson of Community Beach Road was also ordered to pay a 500-dollar fine and ordered to pay a one-thousand dollar DUI equipment fee.
A 21-year-old Salem man, Justin Smith of South College, has been given credit for 31 days served in the Marion County Jail , ordered to complete 100 hours of public service work, pay a 500-dollar fine and pay a one-thousand deollar DUI equipment fee after pleading to a felony DUI charge. The charge was a felony because Smith's license was revoked at the time of his arrest in December of last year.
