Bond has been set at 20-thousand dollars for a 29-year-old Centralia man formally charged in Marion County Court today with three counts of aggravated battery.
Walter Mancinelli of North College is accused of biting and striking William Kays in the head and face as well as shoving Dorothy Allison and Roberta Beane. The incident allegedly occured at Skippers Inn on South Locust in Centralia on Wednesday. Mancinelli had the public defender appointed to represent him.
He was ordered to have on contact with the victims or Skippers Inn if released on bond.
