57-year-old Ernie Whipple of Salem is being held in the Marion County Jail in lieu of five-thousand dollars bond for failure to appear on a criminal trespass to property charge. 

55-year-old Michael Meeks of South Maple in Centralia remains in jail on an outstanding ordinance violation warrant.
